SHIPPING POLICY

Your shipping total is based on the entire weight and/or dimensional weight of the shipment and your destination; The cost will be displayed with your merchandise total at checkout. (or to obtained an actual shipping estimate; add product to cart, go to checkout, enter zip code, click recalculate and your shipping total will be shown.

Please note that the delivery times refer to shipping transit times, not order processing times which can be up to 48hrs. be assured we process and ship our order with an expedited approach.

The following shipping choices are offered: 

ground domestic 5-7 business days

3 day domestic 3-5 days

* Rush and overnight orders may require additional charges, please contact us for information. Most orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. If the USPS does not deliver to your home or business please include both your "Street Address" and "US Postal service  address". 

Order are generally shipped within 24 hours of processing time. Any backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Free Shipping Offers

Occasionally we offer free ground domestic shipping with the continental United States (Lower 48 contiguous states) for orders placed through our online store that exceed a listed amount  over the purchase cost of $250. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, US Territories, AFO and FPO address do not qualify for Free Shipping program. Orders placed through approved Purchase orders do not qualify for the free shipping program. Universal Madness reserves the right to exclude certain products from the Free Shipping Program. If any other charges apply, we will inform you and will not proceed with your order unless you approve of the shipping costs. Additionally , if a shipment is being held in storage fees may be applied.
